"Fim semana inesquecível, recomendo e tenciono voltar."

Gostei das refeições desde pequeno almoço e jantar, tudo muito bom. A limpeza também estava tudo limpo. Os empregados atenciosos e prestáveis.

O colchão não estava nas melhores condições e além disso tinha pedido cama casal.

"Retiro perfeito para descansar!"

O hotel está bem localizado, com uma paisagem/vista e ambiente muito bons! Para quem procura luxo, este não é o hotel que procura. Para quem procura um local para repouso, com conforto, paisagem fantástica, previlégio para ver o por do sol (brutal), ambiente agradável no meio da natureza, este é o hotel ideal. O quarto é enorme (estúdio) com todo o conforto e uma kitchenette. O serviço de limpeza é muito bom (parabéns). Piscina interior interessante (não é muito grande mas é agradável). A piscina exterior com água sempre limpa e muito boa. Pequeno almoço e jantar com uma boa relação qualidade/preço. Staff atencioso (com algumas excepções)...

- Sugeríamos a colocação de sacos nos baldes do lixo existentes no quarto, pelo menos no que serve a kitchenette, para evitar deitar restos de comida diretamente no balde (e eventual maus cheiros); - Já que não servem almoços, outra sugestão seria terem snacks (sandes rápidas) para quem não quer sair do ambiente do hotel; Como sugestão na melhoria do serviço (pessoal) - Melhor articulação na informação e atenção no serviço prestado. Exemplo de situações embaraçosas que correram menos bem: 1) Na chegada (perto das 23h) decidimos pagar a estadia e, erradamente, o funcionário cobrou a taxa turística. Não perguntou se eramos da região, simplesmentre limitou-se a cobrar a taxa; 2) Como a fatura seria emitida no dia seguinte, solicitamos ao funcionário que esta fosse emitida no nome da outra pessoa do casal e não no nome de quem tinha feito a reserva... Que não veio a acontecer. Disseram-nos que essa informação não tinha sido passada pelo colega e que já não podiam cancelar e emitir outra fatura (PS: erro do hotel que deveria ter sido corrigido...podem cancelar e emitir outra); 3) Como o café do pequeno almoço não era do nosso gosto, era habitual tomarmos café no bar do hotel. No entanto no último dia foi-nos recusado indicando que o bar só abria às 11h. Estranho foi o facto de termos dito à funcionária que já tinham servido café no bar (estavam chávenas em cima do balcão) e que nos dias anteriores foi-nos servido café antes das 11h (não só a nós mas também a outros clientes) a qual insistiu que o bar só abria às 11h. Não só acabamos por não tomar café como também outros clientes que estavam perto de nós (com a mesma intenção). Ficamos sem café e o hotel perdeu uma oportunidade para manter a qualidade do serviço e ganhar €€€ (é com esse mesmo €€ que os funcionários são pagos). São pequenas coisas, algumas que poderíamos ter exigido dado ter sido erro do hotel e que tínhamos direito, e que podem melhorar substancialmente a qualidade do serviço prestado ao cliente.

Adoramos o ambiente, a simpatia da staff, a localização do hotel... os pequenos almoços, os jantares... tudo óptimo. Também tivemos o gosto de utilizar a sala de jogo, adoramos....

O único senão é que não tem acesso a internet nos quartos.

"Ideal para descansar e sair da rotina."

Os funcionários. É um hotel que já fui mais do que uma vez e os funcionários são sempre super simpáticos atenciosos e profissionais.

Ainda só haver banheiras nas casas dr banho, penso que poderia haver a opção de duche.

"Superou as expectativas. Recomendo!"

Quarto grande, vista panorâmica. Funcionários extremamente simpáticos e atenciosos. Piscina interior com água aquecida e jacuzzi. Pequeno almoço bom.

Não ter internet no quarto. Secador da casa de banho a precisar de serem renovados, pois sobreaquecem e não é possível segurar no mesmo.

„Nettes Personal, gute Preis-Leistung, Sanierung wäre nicht verkehrt

Das Frühstücksbuffet war gross und vielfältig und vor allem: bis auf die Teebeutel alles offen erhältlich, kein lästiger Einwegplastik. Das Hotelpersonal ist super lieb. Als unsere Nachbarn trotz mehrmaliger, persönlicher Aufforderung zur Ruhe von 1 bis halb 4 uhr morgens rumlärmten konnten wir anstandslos am nächsten Tag das Zimmer wechseln. Die Aussicht über die Klippen von einigen Zimmern und vom Aussichtspunkt aus ist schön, das Schwimmbad kann auch bis 20h genutzt werden.

Der grösste Minuspunkt: Wifi ist nur in den öffentlichen Bereichen (Lobby/Restaurant/Kaminzimmer/Schwimmbad) verfügbar, nicht auf den Zimmern. Auf den Zimmern ist leider der Empfang (zumindest bei unserem CH-Anbieter) zu schlecht gewesen um über inklusive Roaming Minuten zu surfen. Beim Schwimmbad (indoor) wird nicht geschaut, ob sich Leute an die regeln halten (keine Schuhe, kein Essen etc), die Wände und Decken sind nicht sonderlich ansehnlich (Schimmel?), in den Umkleiden funktionieren bei den Herren die Duschen nicht, bei den Damen nur eine von dreien. Der Whirlpool wird wohl auch seltener entleert und frisch gefüllt. Beim Frühstück ist nicht immer alles angeschrieben (Allergien?) und schade ist es, dass die Kännchen für heisses Wasser, Kaffee und Milch nicht getrennt sind, z.b. schön angeschrieben, was für was ist. Als Nicht-Kaffee-Trinkerin mag ich nicht mein Teewasser aus der Kanne, in der schon Kaffee war (wenn auch gewaschen), trinken. Die Parkplatzsituation ist etwas mühselig, wer früh kommt, kann direkt vor dem Hotel parken, gut drehen/wenden lässt sich dort aber nicht, weil alles immer vollgeparkt ist. Wer Pech hat, muss entlang der Strasse oder am Parkplatz in ca 3-5min Fussmarsch (relativ steil nach oben) parken. Die Betten waren im einen Zimmer eher zu weich, fast etwas durchgelegen, im zweiten Zimmer dann zu hart, man spürte fast die Federn. Die Steckdosensituation in den Zimmern ist auch eher unbefriedigend, es hat nur gerade zwei freie Dosen, keine in Bettnähe. Die Küchenzeile in den Zimmern haben wir nicht wirklich genutzt - es fehlt Abwaschmittel oder eine Info, ob der Abwasch vom Reinigungspersonal übernommen wird. In den Zimmern fehlen zudem die Infos, was wo im Hotel ist (Lageplan), was von wann bis wann nutzbar ist etc. Das Licht im Kaminzimmer (WIFI-Zimmer) ist sehr schwach gedimmt, könnte etwas heller sein. Der Raum ist etwas muffig, die Sofas nicht immer bequem und in den Holzbalken lebt irgendwo eine Maus.

„Ein typisches Hotel mit guter Lage

Gut gelegen, nicht teuer, schöner Sonnenuntergang vom Balkon

Die Ausstattung ist schon richtig veraltet. Alles ist sauber und funktionsfähig, aber man fühlt sich drinnen, als ob man zurück in 80-90er gereist hat. :)

„Erholsamer Aufenthalt in ruhiger Lage

Die ruhige Lage, der tolle Ausblick vom Balkon auf den Atlantik und die Freundlichkeit des Personals an der Rezeption.

Tolle Aussicht, großes Zimmer, Lage.

Kaffee wirklich unterirdisch, was umso mehr verwundert, als dass dies ausweislich der vergangenen Bewertungen bereits vielfach kritisiert wurde. Frühstück im übrigen gut. Dinner kann ich nicht beurteilen, da ich stets auswärts im Restaurant gegessen habe.
